Caused by poor surface condition of the idler and roller. The idler and roller are damaged and have attachments, requiring repair. If necessary, install a cleaner to remove attachments.
Poor rotation of the roller should be repaired and lubricated.
The groove roller is too inclined. It should be adjusted to be perpendicular to the conveyor belt, with an error not exceeding 2 degrees.
The conveyor belt slips on the drive roller. Check if the tension is normal and increase it appropriately. In addition, to prevent slipping, rubber is wrapped around the driving roller or a pressure roller is used to increase the wrapping angle.
