During use, it is strictly prohibited to connect straps of different categories and specifications together.
Prevent folding and pressure from hard objects during use. Unused conveyor belts should be coiled, packaged, and stored.
The direction of material transportation and the speed of material falling should be consistent with the direction and speed of the belt.
Before use, it is generally recommended to start the machine empty to avoid motor overload and conveyor belt slippage. Before stopping, all materials on the belt should be unloaded.
The tension should not be too high during use, at least to ensure that there is no slippage between the belt and the driving roller and that the material is not overloaded.
Do not cause the belt to deviate or snake during transportation, and adjust it in a timely manner.
If slipping or inability to pull occurs during use, the fault should be promptly eliminated, the tensioning system should be adjusted, and the elastic device should be kept flexible.
